NPR's Phillip Martin reports on George W. Bush's speech to the NAACP Annual Convention in Baltimore. Leaders of the revitalized civil rights organization say that by coming, Bush had the opportunity to convince some African-Americans to support his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination.
