Abortion Reporting Requirements Across The Country

Oklahoma's new abortion reporting law is the most comprehensive in the country, requiring women to answer more than 30 personal questions before receiving the procedure. But almost every state, 46 in all, require doctors to report at least some details of a woman's abortion to state officials.
