Jessica Harris speaks with Nancy Lublin, founder of Dress for Success, an organization that provides clothes to unemployed women for job interviews. Lublin describes how she launched Dress for Success and helped thousands of women get jobs.  Harris also speaks with David Carmel the co-founder of Jumpstart, a non-profit organization that pairs college students and community volunteers with pre-schoolers from low-income households.
