In his second appearance on Mountain Stage, pop tunesmith Matt White brings songs from his sophomore CD, It's the Good Crazy. White alternates from guitar to piano, accompanied by Adam Stoler on acoustic and electric guitar.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, White moved to New York City and built an honest following and some industry buzz. His debut, Best Days, was released on Geffen Records in 2007 and several songs found their way into mainstream television programs and commercials. White holed-up in a church studio in Woodstock to make It's the Good Crazy with acclaimed producers including David Baron and Henry Hirsch (Madonna, Lenny Kravitz, Mick Jagger), recording the entire album to analog tape.

This segment ends with Mountain Stage vocalist Julie Adams performing Van Morrison's hit from Moondance, "Into the Mystic."

This Mountain Stage performance was originally published November 12.
