As Ethics Hearing Starts, Rep. Rangel Seeks Delay

One awkward piece of unfinished business on Capitol Hill is the ethics case against veteran Democratic U.S. Rep. Charles Rangel. The hearing began Monday, but just a few minutes into it, Rangel said he was going to walk out. Renee Montagne talks with NPR's Peter Overby for the latest.
