A great pianist, composer and educator, Billy Taylor was also a legendary broadcaster who paved the way for jazz on public radio as host of several NPR programs. Host Rhonda Hamilton and the NPR Music staff dig through the archives to remember their late colleague during the annual Toast of the Nation broadcast on New Year's Eve.
