A Boston area woman set up a Facebook account with the same name of the bride in this week's royal wedding. Facebook suspended her account for using a fake name. The trouble is, the woman in Concord really is named Kate Middleton. It took her a week to recover her online identity.

STEVE INSKEEP, host:

Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep with sympathy for Kate Middleton. A Boston area woman set up a Facebook account with the same name of the bride in this week's royal wedding. Facebook suspended her account for using a fake name. Trouble is the Boston area woman really is named Kate Middleton. It took her a week to recover her online identity. Nor is that all. Ms. Middleton works in a bike shop and says reporters keep coming by to ask her to speak with a British accent.

It's MORNING EDITION.
