RENEE MONTAGNE, host:
Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne.
This weekend, an auction of music icons offering items from Elvis to Madonna proved Michael Jackson is really the king of pop. His famous red and black jacket from the video "Thriller" fetched $1.8 million. His crystal-covered glove went for over $300,000. And Beatles drummer Ringo didn't do so badly. A cape he wore in the movie "Help" fetched $37,000 - five times its estimate.
