Double Take 'Toons: Zilch Code?

According to it's own preliminary estimate the United States Postal Service has already lost $5.6 billion this year, as a result it wants to shutter thousands of local post offices. Paul Fell is concerned about the rural areas likely to be hit, while Mike Keefe wonders if anything can help snail mail's ails.
