The Milk Carton Kids are a minimalist duo from California. Joey Ryan and Kenneth Pattengale's blended voices and soothing acoustic guitar arrangements have earned them comparisons to The Jayhawks. The synergy is evident on Prologue, a shimmery, summery release full of travel-inspired folk.
