Naresh Dhiman is the chief executive officer of Bluebox Now. Dhiman earned a master's degree in physics from Panjab University in India. He began his career as a Java developer in New Delhi, and later went on to work in the U.S. as a software architect for IS2 Technologies Inc. There, he worked on projects for IS2's client Sony Europe.
Fifteen years ago, he launched a small company in India and moved to the U.S. during the dot com boom. He regrets not taking an offer to join Google in its very early days, but says that now is the time for him to start his own company.
Immediately prior to launching Bluebox Now, Dhiman worked on social and recommendation search engines at Pelago, a company bought by daily deals site Groupon earlier this year.
The 40-year-old Dhiman likes to paint, bicycle and go igloo camping. Married with two young daughters, he says that around his kids "he's a kid, too."
