If a team's fans have been sanctioned for unruly behavior, the new no-man policy applies. Women and children get free admission. The rule may be working. Some 40,000 women and children packed a stadium in Istanbul on Tuesday. One player said, "It was such a fun and pleasant atmosphere."

Good morning. I'm David Greene.

T: Get rid of men. The soccer association has banned men from some games. If a team's fans have been sanctioned for unruly behavior, the new, no-man policy applies. Women and children get free admission. The rule may be working. Some 40,000 women and children packed a stadium in Istanbul yesterday. One player said: It was such a fun and pleasant atmosphere.
