Manhattan Subway Riders: Can You Hear Me Now?

Next week, some New York City subway riders will be able to chat on their cell phones while waiting for a train. Transportation officials are rolling out that service in several stations in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. It will only work for customers of AT&T and T-Mobile. There are plans to expand the service.
