It's new flavor — blended with balsamic vinegar — won't hit stores until late December. But it'll be available through the company's Facebook page starting next month, according to the New York Times.

And our last word in business is social sauce. Heinz is coming up with a new flavor of ketchup. Ketchup blended with balsamic vinegar will be available next month, according to The New York Times, but not in stores. Experimenting with social media marketing, Heinz will offer the new condiment only on its Facebook page, so only Facebook friends of Heinz will be able to buy a bottle. It won't be until late December that the new, more-sophisticated ketchup will show up on store shelves.

And that's the business news on MORNING EDITION, from NPR News. I'm Renee Montagne.

And I'm Ari Shapiro.
