The 8-foot figure looks like his smaller toy counterparts, with a round yellow head on a blocky green body. It seems to be the work of a Dutch artist who has staged other Lego-man appearances around the world.

He looks like his smaller toy counterparts with a round yellow head on a blocky green body. It seems to be the work of a Dutch artist who has staged other Lego man appearances around the world. It's MORNING EDITION.
