1 1/2 ounces soju, a Korean rice spirit
1/2 ounce agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ounce soda water
10 mint leaves
1/4-inch thick cucumber slice (optional garnish)
Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake 25 times. Strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
