Chevron, Transocean Charged In Brazilian Oil Spill

Brazilian authorities filed charges yesterday against oil companies Chevron and Transocean and 16 of their top executives over an offshore oil spill last November. If convicted, the executives could get up to 31 years in jail. Chevron, by the way, calls these charges outrageous.
