Double Take 'Toons: Fraud Prevention or Poll Tax?

Voter ID laws passed by Republican-led state legislatures drew heavy criticism this week from Democrats, with Attorney General Eric Holder calling them a "poll tax". Gary McCoy thinks the laws are necessary in some states to combat fraud, but Nick Anderson isn't so sure.
