Dozens were injured by flying debris after the Boston Marathon attack. Robert Siegel has more.

And to recap this very big story: Two explosions went off in rapid succession near the finish line at the Boston Marathon this afternoon. Two people were killed and dozens were injured by flying glass and other debris. The blasts happened about four hours into the race, well after the winners had crossed the finish line. Authorities quickly declared the incident an act of terror. President Obama said it is unclear who was behind the attack, but he promised that any individual or a group found responsible will be brought to justice.
