Double Take 'Toons: Farm Bill Balking?

In a rebuke to its GOP leadership, the House voted down the farm bill because Democrats thought it cut too much and Republicans, too little from SNAP, or food stamps. Chip Bok saw the bill as wasteful, while Matt Wuerker already had questions about John Boehner's effectiveness as House speaker.
