New data show the trade deficit in Britain was helped by a healthy rise in exports, which hit $67 billion in June. That's a new high. The strong performance indicates Britain may finally be emerging from years of stagnation.

New data this morning shows Britain's trade deficit narrowed more than expected in June, helped by a healthy rise in exports. Exports hit $67 billion in June. That's a new high for the U.K. The strong performance indicates Britain may finally be emerging from years of stagnation.
