Ten years ago today, the Northeast experienced a massive blackout that affected some 60 million people in eight states and parts of Canada. At the time, Larry Wright pointed toward a disconnect between energy companies' profits and performance; more recently, Rick McKee used this year's Super Bowl blackout to critique the Obama administration's energy policies.
