Gov. Chris Christie apologized to the state of New Jersey after members of his "inner circle" schemed to exact revenge on the Democratic mayor of Fort Lee by choking access lanes onto the George Washington Bridge. Signe Wilkinson thinks the incident sent a clear sign, while Jimmy Margulies suspects Democrats will use the incident to detour Christie's expected 2016 presidential run.
