Now that it is clear that a Congressional Budget Office report (see pages 126-127) did not project more than 2 million jobs would be lost as a result of Obamacare, the argument has shifted. Jerry King agrees with Republican allegations that millions will quit their jobs to live off the rest of us, while Pat Bagley counters with the president's position that Americans freed of "job lock" by the ACA will seek more rewarding employment.
