Double Take 'Toons: Kabul Catch And Release?

The release of 65 prisoners in Afghanistan, many accused of killing civilians and coalition troops, has further strained the already contentious relationship between Kabul and Washington, D.C. Chip Bok was dissatisfied with Afghanistan back in 2012, while Jeff Danziger is shocked by Afghan leader Hamid Karzai's seeming indifference to U.S. losses.
