Capitol St. NE – The news that's 'making us happy this week': NPR's Pop Culture Happy Hour is gathering fans and friends to be there as Linda Holmes, Stephen Thompson and Glen Weldon tape their 200th episode. On June 24 at 7:00PM ET, the gang will set up their roundtable in Studio 1 at NPR Headquarters to discuss the best and worst of pop culture, and answer the always-surprising array of questions from their audience. At this special live show, its third to date, Pop Culture Happy Hour is bringing in special guests to help digest, analyze and riff on everything from movies, TV, books, music, theater, comics and video games to the many ways entertainment intersects with day-to-day life. Following the taping, the entire crew – Holmes, Thompson and Weldon – will join audiences in the NPR lobby for a meet and greet.
