Michelle Betz in Rwanda

University of Central Florida Instructor and long-time Next Gen mentor Michelle Betz has created something many people have written us asking for....a "how to" handbook (opens as pdf file) for learning broadcast journalism. Michelle spent four months in Rwanda in 2003 and sent dispatches (left) about her teaching radio there.
