Michelle Betz's Dispatches in Morocco

Michelle BetzMichelle Betz, a broadcast journalism instructor at the University of Central Florida, is back on the road. In the spring and summer of 2003, Michelle filed "dispatches" for our website from her five-month teaching stint in Rwanda. Now, she's established a base in Morocco and will be there until June when we will be putting her to work on our radio training projects here in the U.S. Until then, Michelle has graciously accepted additional work on top of teaching broadcast journalism in Morocco. Each week she'll be sending updates combining her cultural observations with the teaching of radio and television journalism.
