Tours of NPR Headquarters
NPR Services offers one-hour public tours Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. Meet us in the lobby of our headquarters located at 635 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC, (Gallery Place / Chinatown Metro Stop on the Yellow, Green, and Red Lines). NPR also provides tours for university groups, media students and other organizations. Please call to inquire about possible arrangements. If your group has more than five people, please call (202) 513-3232 at least four weeks in advance so we can be sure to accommodate everyone. In general, non-adult visitors should be involved in communication classes, radio/TV productions, political science classes or other related studies.

The West Coast Production Center
As NPR's only production center outside of Washington, D.C., and its second largest facility, NPR West expands NPR's capacity to bring comprehensive news of the West to its national newsmagazines, newscasts and cultural programming, and the bi-coastal Morning Edition is broadcast from here. NPR West also houses many of the news desks. Established in late 2002, NPR West is designed to provide the back up for NPR headquarters should NPR headquarters be impacted and there is an inability to broadcast programming.

NPR West regularly offers one-hour public tours on Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. Tours MUST be booked in advance and there is a limit on spaces available. We are located at 9909 Jefferson Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. Unfortunately, our facility has limited parking space but metered street parking is readily available. Please call us at least one week in advance to reserve your place on our tour. Our number for tour information and booking is 310-841-0640.
