WHO: NPR President & CEO Vivian Schiller, joined by friends and colleagues in and outside of public media.

WHAT: As NPR celebrates it 40th anniversary, listening to NPR member stations is at an all-time high and the audience for NPR's digital services has sky-rocketed. Schiller will address NPR's vision for the future of public radio, the importance of independent and fact-based journalism at the local and national levels, and the funding challenge.
