NPR Music's partner-in-crime WBGO sent a small delegation to Quebec this week for the Montreal International Jazz Festival. It's one of the biggest events of its kind in North America — maybe the biggest — and there's lots of music recording, interviewing, photographing and other broadcasting going on, anchored by Michael Bourne. Already, there are interviews with Bobby McFerrin, Christine and Ingrid Jensen, festival founder Andre Menard and lots of great photos. The WBGO site has more details, The Checkout has a few of Josh Jackson's interviews and the WBGO blog is acting as the home archive of the station's coverage. [WBGO Blog: FIJM 2010]
