Twenty years after The Apples in Stereo first formed, the band is back with its best album yet. Travellers in Space and Time is a joyful electro-pop romp with infectious melodies and dance beats. You can hear the first single from the album on this edition of All Songs Considered. Also on the show: Afrobeat legend Tony Allen, satirist Tom Lehrer, glittery pop from Caribou, the Philadelphia-based band Dr. Dog and soaring pop from The Kissaway Trail.
