Name That Drum Fill, Part II

The last time we played Name That Drum Fill, I was afraid I'd made it too easy.  But only one person got all of them right.  I'm not sure this one is any more accessible, but at least a few should be pretty obvious.  Some of the artists who appeared on the first list are on this one, too.  Oh, and to be fair, some of these are actually drum intros, not really fills.  But they're all, for me anyway, a defining element of these songs.
