The Decemberists will perform most of the band's new album The King is Dead, live from Oregon Public Broadcast, this afternoon (Wednesday) Jan. 12 at 3pm ET. It's a gift to the group's hometown of Portland before they head off on tour.

The show, hosted by OPB Music's Jeremy Petersen, will feature an interview session in which the band takes questions from the studio audience.

Update: The entire video webcast is now archived here to watch for a week. The audio, too. Enjoy!
