Flying Lotus, Death Grips and Buke & Gase.

Here's a pretty incredible night of music: Flying Lotus, Death Grips and (we're happy to announce) Buke & Gase, all on one stage at (Le) Poisson Rouge in NYC. It's also your chance to meet us. NPR Music is coming together with WNYC's Soundcheck during the CMJ Music Marathon for this show on Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. ET. If you can't make it there in person, the entire evening will be broadcast online here and archived in our Live In Concert series. You'll also be able to hear highlights on Soundcheck the next day.

The evening will also include a DJ set from Ali Shaheed Muhammad, a member of the legendary rap group A Tribe Called Quest and co-host of NPR Music's Microphone Check.

There are a limited number of free tickets to the show. Sign up here:

Update: The RSVP list is at capacity and we are no longer accepting names. Please join us for the broadcast online or on your phone.

Please note that the event is 21+. RSVP does not guarantee admission. CMJ badges will not be prioritized.

For more CMJ music, enjoy our music channel featuring artists performing during the festival, programmed by top college radio DJs. And be sure to look for NPR Music staff and stations out-and-about in NYC next week. I'll be the one in the hat.
