On this week's All Tech Considered, we discuss Internationalized Domain Names. ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) recently made the decision to allow countries to use their own script "after the dot." Right now, everything after the dot in a web address -- or the domain -- has to be written using the Latin alphabet.
ICANN's President and CEO, Rod Beckstrom tells Michele Norris why this is much more than a cosmetic change.
Also in the segment, a story about how Tweeters are using their micro-blogging prowess to find work in a tight job market.
We want to hear from you.
