Every year, IBM issues "5 for 5," a list of five predictions of tech trends for the next five years. For the December 2009 list, IBM focused on how cities will change.
We've touched a bit on how buildings are getting smarter, but in this three-minute video (and a blog post from IBM explaining further these predictions), you can also hear about water and energy consumption, and how cities will respond to emergencies.
It's definitely worth a view. What do you make of IBM's predictions?
