Don't Mess with Texans and Their Sausage!

OK, this is definitely not for work and not for anyone easily offended by coarse language, but those who need a laugh and want to admire a person's devotion to something should listen to this audio complaint about the resizing of Jimmy Dean sausage.

As a native Texan with about a half-dozen chubs of Jimmy Dean sage sausage in his basement freezer (that kind is hard to find in Boston, so I stock up when it shows up), I agree both with the gist of his argument and the appropriately sweary spirit in which it's delivered.

As a Texan raised up on Jimmy Dean sausage, I was sorry to hear Jimmy sold out to Sara Lee several years ago.

Anticipating the inevitable decline in quality (if not size) that goes with such a merger, I never bought another link, content to remember fondly those little patties frying up in my mother's cast iron skillet.

OMG! This is easily the funniest thing I have heard in the last year. I especially like when he continues to ramble after he has ended the call or so he thinks. Thanks for sharing. I needed that laugh today!
