I'm surprised that the Rat Island article is so one-sided. Where have all the rat supporters gone?

As an aside, I am shocked that one pair of rats can create a population of 5,000 in one year. If we could only harness this procreative strength into a sustainable rat farm project, we could feed the world's hungry for years to come.
