Mike Huckabee just posted a 17-point jump in the polls — surging ahead of Mitt Romney in the G.O.P presidential field a month ahead of the Iowa caucuses.
Awhile back, Huckabee turned up for a ping-pong cage match at the Bryant Park Project. And he did have that certain gleam in his eye. . . .

Enjoy your BPP. But I have some questions/observations. 1) Please, re Hugo Chavez, it is not "sha-vez" but cha-vez like in "cha cha." Did none of you guys take Spanish?
2. What happened to Rachel Martin? She became a favorite and now no one mentions her and she is not even on your web page.
3. Why do we need NPR to insert "this is NPR" prior to every newscast? It sounds strange and out of place.
4. What is happening with Luke Burbank? How about NPR moving his daughter to NYC? Hey Luke, say you are really not going to leave.
