Re, the 2008-01-23 segment entitled "Woman Writes the 'Book' on Fat":

I agree with most of what Kim said. I think what she did with her book cover is hilarious and clever. I agree that the older woman on the bus acted rude.

But I disagree with dismissing out of hand the generalized idea that one might pay for the space/volume that they use when they use some kind of transportation service (though it probably would be impractical on a public bus system).
