The NPR News Blog has a terrific take on the dueling music videos for Democratic presidential candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Our buddies in D.C. say one of the clips is sparking "unintentional guffaws." You be the judge.

Ummm... then why the hell does she keep voting to fund it if she doesn't know what it's for?
Aside from the lame-a$$ talking points, the music and dancing is weak too.
The song is of course a nod to the Jackson 5's "ABC", a song sung by a kid who would grow up to become the worlds' most famous pedophile.
Regardless of which candidate you support, it seems pretty clear to me that using YouTube videos to make your decision is not the smart way to go.
Are you serious? The above video is Hillary's main inspiration? If true, she is in deep trouble.
Obama's video reminds me of a quote from Bob Marley "I don't think it "catch on." I think people have the spirit, then it is there. You don't "turn" a Rasta." (http://personal.denison.edu/~waters/marley.html)
Obama's video captures what is going on. Obama is releasing people's "society spirit." It is already inside of us and Obama is showing us it is there, just like Bob did.

Lord, that Hillary video is unwatchable.
Oh god why am I weighing in? I like both candidates, but...
I loved the Hillary video. Normal people with no sense of rhythm dancing around. Sure, it's cheesy [sic?] but I liked it. It made me laugh. You can't take it seriously. It's only politics.
On the other hand, someone who is taking himself waaaay too seriously...
The quasi-inspirational, preacher-like tone of Mr. Obama makes my stomach turn. Not Obama, but his speech. I like his platform (aside from the weakness of his healthcare package). Plus I'm anti-Hollywood types. Wyclef is not my personal savior.

It seems like the only thing separating Hillary's video from a local access commercial for a suburban factory discount store is the lack of a closing crane shot of all the campaign employees waving in a parking lot, and a voiceover touting her "low, low prices."
