I wonder what decoration she'd put on top of a pie for National Pie Day. This year it was Jan. 23. She can check with the American Pie Council for next year's date.

By the way, for Rachel - irrational numbers are numbers that can't be expressed as a fraction of two integers. ("Irrational" meaning unable of being expressed as a ratio, not your normal definition.)

A better way of eating pi: found the Pi-O-Matic at the Pi Diner at the Pi Day site Pi Day International (http://pidayinternational.org/MILLIONS_OF_DIGITS_OF_PI_PIOMATIC/Millions_of_Digits_of_Pi_Pi-O-Matic.htm ). Dispenses millions of digits of pi, from snack size to all-u-can-eat. Perfect Pi Day lunch. yum. While I was there joined the World Federation of Pi.
