Dear Nathaniel,

I love you. It's time to separate the whole big party. I know you're very special but I like you. Your Super Bunny doll is very silly. Nothing is like cheese. Reading letters is an important thing.

Aren't you all glad to have made it through a week with poor Alison doing all the on-air lifting, even doing the news on a few days?
Before this week I was meaning to write yall about this co-host thing. I can't help having the impression that there's a lot of breathless running around the studio, even when Rachel's there. I'm particularly irked by the many pronunciation errors on air, and can't help but think that if you all had a bit more time to breathe and prepare, there would be fewer of them. Evil Luke ("Luke, you are my father, come back to Seattle") Burbank has let your down, and perhaps you're still moping about it, but it's time to make a decision. Either have guest hosts, or hire a new co-host (Rachel's fine by me, although I'd like to hear Mike Pesca again), or at least make sure you have a news reader so that Alison or Rachel don't have to do double duty.
It's for your own good. And ours.

Well it's settled then. Just train Nathaniel to be the new co-host! :-)

Maybe BPP can have a rotating list of guest hosts for a while, View-style. May I suggest Mo Rocca?
