News We Just Could Not Get To

The first time I attempted the BPP newscast, I was so scared I heard my heart beating in my ears. It occurred to me that I might could die from the sheer stress. And then they turned on the mic.

I've been working the newscast again this week. I'm happy to report that my heartbeat has returned to its normal resting condition beneath my ribs. Still wish I could get to all the news we aim to do. Today, these stories just never quite made their way onto the show:

Stocks rebounding from Wednesday's drop/ Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac limits eased/ Hubble spots organic molecules in a far-away planet/

And filed at 8:59 a.m. Eastern, a minute before the show ended: Jobless claims rose last week.

I need to make this statement because email can be easily misconstrued.

My comment WAS NOT sarcastic. Ms. Conaway sincerely sounds quite comfortable.

(In fact, if you haven't done it yet, perhaps the BPP should invite someone on to discuss the dangers of email).
