Dan, great shots of the park. On my last trip to NYC, I wondered why they had the green roped off. Do they do that every year to build up the anticipation or just preserve the grounds?

Thanks. The grass is removed every winter and the park gets an ice skating rink. So when they lay it down in the early spring, it needs some time to take root before it's opened. But they rope it off periodically throughout the summer to let the grass rest. Of course that's disappointing on a beautiful day, but it sure makes the grass nicer all the other days.

The pic of the view from the office is awesome! A long exposure at night would be VERY cool...
