"We live for the strike of a match." Ain't it true. Thanks for this song, Robyn.

As I work today I'm listening to RH and the Egyptians' Queen Elvis. I hadn't thought to put it on in a long time - thanks for the reminder and the great segment.

Robyn's one of my all-time favorites. I probably saw him perform half a dozen times in the early 90s, and he was by far the most entertaining interview I've ever conducted. I even got to play musical yenta because of him; he mentioned he liked Grant Lee Buffalo, and I told the band when I saw them a few months later, and they were totally blown away. Next thing you know, they're on tour together.

Queuing up "Queen Elvis" right now.

Uncle Bobby is one of the most funny and fun performers I have ever seen. There isn't anyone I have seen that writes great songs and is able to be so touching and sincere, yet also funny and interesting and also punky and edgy while at the same time being a perfect folkey...he's a charlatan and that's a good thing.
