Just a note to Rachel, Hong Kong is separate from China...although the British pullout transferred sovreignty to China, Hong Kong still operates with the same level of autonomy, maintaining its own government, police, economy, etc.

What can you say about Halls and Oates, other than those White boys can jam. And they have a musical career that really deserves two "Behind the Music" episodes.

They had hit records in the 70's, and then they hit the skids so hard that, according to Hall, they sang "She's Gone" at a high school prom, and everyone slow-danced to their big hit.

Then the 80's came, and people rediscovered them, along with the weird hair which stains the decade for many music star.

As a frustated musician myself, it's tough enough to grab the brass ring. Hall and Oates grabbed it, dropped it, and got it back again.

I'm with you on the fruit front Rachel. There aren't many fruits that I'll just sit down and eat all by its lonesome. I'm all on board the veggie train though (except carrots; I don't like carrots).
