Having gone through the immigration process for my wife and seen what incompetance, pettiness, and down-right stupidity there is in both the CIS (the agency fka INS) and immigration courts, this deportation doesn't surprise one bit (and you wonder why I'm filled with righteous indignation?).
Deport the smart people. Yeah, that's how we defeat the terrorists and improve the economy. Sure makes sense to me. Right.
