Looks awesome. Ian and Tricia seem to be having a lot of fun. I can't hear a thing though.

Audio?

Wow, they should all be sound-free. Best. Rundown. Ever.

I'll see if we can fix it. Sorry!

What's happening to Rachel Martin?

I could have sworn that I heard Mike Pesca say on Thursday's show that it had been Rachel Martin's penultimate BPP appearance. The idea of her disappearing from my BPP listening experience makes me very sad. Where's she going and WHY?

If it's true, Rachel, I would like to say that it has been an absolute pleasure listening to you these last few months. Best of luck with whatever you end up doing. (Bookstore in Idaho, perhaps?)

Yeah, I'm not sure the sound version is better.

Ian, it was okay when you were little and asked me to just mouth the words when I sang a lullaby. I understood;I couldn't carry a tune...but, I never asked you to mouth the Rundown. Really, your voice is fine.

So are you saying that Bobby Bonilla is being recruited for a library job?

Sent by Seth in Kansas | 7:56 AM ET | 06-27-2008

@Louis J. Cassorla, it's true that Rachel Martin is leaving NPR to work for ABC. Look, it happens. NPR is not a priesthood or a monastery. People come and go. Perhaps, sometime in the future, Rachel will come back.
